Thoughts appear, chats scatter, and later you can never find the one that mattered. Chat Keeper turns your AI chat export into a readable, searchable library — entirely in your browser. No account, no upload, no copy kept. That's the demarcation line: your thoughts stay on your side of it.

Works with exports from:

• Claude — Settings → Privacy → Export data (drop the whole .zip, or the conversations.json inside it)
• ChatGPT — Settings → Data controls → Export data (the .zip, its conversations.json, or its chat.html)
• Microsoft Copilot — export your chat history as a .csv
• Gemini — takeout.google.com → My Activity → Gemini Apps, JSON or HTML (Google exports your prompts; responses appear only when Google includes them)
• Any other AI app — DeepSeek, Grok, Le Chat, Open WebUI and others: drop in whatever export file it gives you. Chat Keeper looks inside for the messages, and if it can't find any, it tells you plainly.
